What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll be part of a highly technical, close-knit engineering team responsible for designing and deploying scalable AI systems using Python and the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. You’ll implement GenAI solutions (including Retrieval Augmented Generation and semantic search), create reusable code libraries, and see your work go from concept to production. This is a hands-on engineering role that spans architecture, implementation, and delivery — with real-world impact from day one.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Python engineering experience in production environments
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure and Azure AI services
• Experience deploying AI/ML models — ideally using OpenAI or similar APIs
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, GitHub, and testable code practices
• Working knowledge of Generative AI techniques (e.g. RAG, prompt engineering)
• Bonus: Experience with FastAPI, Flask, LangChain, or Hugging Face
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• A curious mindset and drive to keep learning — you read papers for fun and tweak models just because
