Cox Purtell is partnering exclusively with a global leader and brand that delivers innovative technology solutions to a range of industries, including government.

This is a newly created role for a Bid Coordinator with around 2 years of experience.

About the Role

As part of a small team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering high-quality bid submissions that support the conversion of strategic opportunities across corporate and government sectors.

You will take ownership of the bid process from initiation through to submission, ensuring deadlines are met and governance requirements are upheld. This includes coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, developing compelling written content, and supporting the preparation of client presentations.

You will also provide clear visibility of bid progress through reporting and updates, while proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Working closely with teams across sales, finance, marketing, and service, you will help shape winning strategies and ensure consistent, high-quality messaging. Additionally, you will contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of a centralised bid content library.

About You

• At least 2 years of experience in bid coordination, tender management, or a similar role
• Proven ability to contribute to successful, compliant bids—ideally within a technology or solutions-based environment
• Strong understanding of bid lifecycle processes, governance, and best practice frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience using CRM and design tools such as Salesforce and Adobe InDesign
• Unrestricted, full working rights in Australia
