About the Role

As a key member of our Professional Development team, you’ll be responsible for driving course and event sales through exceptional learning advice, customer service, and pipeline management.

  • Maintain accurate records and lead tracking via CRM.
  • Provide exceptional service through inbound and outbound calls.

Event Sales & Support

  • Contribute to sales targets for major events.
  • Respond to inbound event enquiries and proactively engage new leads.
  • Stay informed on event details – speakers, pricing, logistics – to confidently promote offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and support event delivery as needed.

Reporting & Admin

  • Support reporting on KPIs and sales activities.
  • Keep data and correspondence accurate in CRM systems.
  • Contribute to overall business growth by following and improving sales processes.
