We’re seeking a polished, proactive Communications EA with experience in marketing, communications, advertising or agency settings. This role blends high-quality executive support with hands-on coordination across marketing, commercial partnerships, and communications activity.
It’s ideal for someone at the operations or team coordinator level with some experience of executive support, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves organisation, and wants room to grow within a collaborative and creative team.
You’ll be joining a well-established, purpose-driven professional membership organisation that plays a key role in supporting its industry and contributing to the broader community. The environment is collaborative, people-focused and mission-led — bringing together specialists in marketing, communications, events, insights and partnerships to deliver genuine value to its members.
What you’ll do
Executive Support to Director of Comms:
- Diary, inbox, travel, expense management and document preparation.
- Draft briefs, agendas, papers and presentations.
- Coordinate internal communications and team deliverables.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism.
Commercial & Marketing Coordination:
- Coordinate advertising delivery with marketing and content teams.
- Support sponsorship coordination and partner deliverables.
- Manage advertising bookings, invoicing and payment tracking.
- Administer subscriptions, directories, mailing lists and contributor tasks.
- Oversee shared inboxes, filing, mail, stationery and general admin.
What you’ll bring
- 3 – 5 years’ experience as a coordinator or executive support within marketing/comms function or agency.
- Excellent organisation and time management.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple priorities.
- Financial admin or invoicing experience (advantageous).
- Professional, friendly, adaptable and collaborative.
- Genuine interest in marketing, communications or partnerships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM/finance system experience helpful.
Why you’ll love it
- A varied role with broad exposure across marketing and commercial operations.
- A supportive team that values initiative, kindness and quality work.
- Clear scope to grow your skills and responsibilities.
If you’re a polished organiser who thrives in a marketing-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.
