Contracts Administrator

Sydney | Part-Time | 3 Days per Week | Up to $42 per hour + Super

We are working with a well-established national organisation seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support contract management and procurement activity across the business. This is a part-time role based in Sydney, working three days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review and vary commercial contracts including MSAs, vendor and service agreements

  • Assist with contract negotiations and amendments to terms & conditions

  • Support the development of Statements of Work and related documentation

  • Maintain contract registers and monitor upcoming expiries and renewals

  • Manage end-to-end tender processes via online portals

  • Coordinate tender documentation, advertising and submission compliance

  • Maintain procurement records and ensure policy adherence

  • Provide contract and procurement guidance to internal stakeholders

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in contract administration and commercial agreement management

  • Experience managing procurement and tender processes end-to-end

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across multiple stakeholders

  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

  • Formal qualifications in legal, procurement or contract management are highly regarded
