Contracts Administrator
Sydney | Part-Time | 3 Days per Week | Up to $42 per hour + Super
We are working with a well-established national organisation seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support contract management and procurement activity across the business. This is a part-time role based in Sydney, working three days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review and vary commercial contracts including MSAs, vendor and service agreements

Assist with contract negotiations and amendments to terms & conditions

Support the development of Statements of Work and related documentation

Maintain contract registers and monitor upcoming expiries and renewals

Manage end-to-end tender processes via online portals

Coordinate tender documentation, advertising and submission compliance
-
Maintain procurement records and ensure policy adherence
-
Provide contract and procurement guidance to internal stakeholders
Ideal Candidate
-
Proven experience in contract administration and commercial agreement management
-
Experience managing procurement and tender processes end-to-end
-
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across multiple stakeholders

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
-
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
-
Formal qualifications in legal, procurement or contract management are highly regarded
