Contracts Administrator


Location: Melbourne based (could be open to someone being sydney as well)

Hours: Mon - Fri (35 per week) fully office-based
Salary:$42 per hour + super

Contract: ASAP start – mid June

We’re recruiting a Contracts Administrator to join a well-regarded organisation in the transport sector. This role sits within the Corporate Services team and focuses on contracts, procurement, and compliance support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and manage contracts, variations, and agreements.
  • Maintain contract registers and track renewals and expiries.
  • Support end-to-end procurement and tender processes, including tender documentation, submissions, and portals.
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and legal stakeholders.
  • Support privacy and data compliance initiatives, including policies, processes, training, data retention, and breach response.
  • Assist with information management projects and process improvements.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in contracts administration, procurement, or governance support.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience using tender portals and contract systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Exposure to privacy, compliance, or policy work is advantageous.

This is a full-time, office-based role across Sydney or Melbourne, offering an immediate start for a candidate ready to contribute to a dynamic corporate services team.
