Customer Service Coordinator (Maintenance)

$33 per hour + super | 12-month contract | Immediate start

We're currently recruiting for two Customer Service Coordinators (Maintenance), with positions available in both Sydney and Brisbane. These roles sit within the residential property sector and focus on supporting customers after settlement by coordinating defect and maintenance works.

About the role
You’ll be the key point of contact between residents, contractors, and the internal team—ensuring maintenance requests and enquiries are managed smoothly. The role is varied and fast-paced, involving scheduling works, managing updates, and keeping all parties informed throughout the process.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer enquiries relating to maintenance, warranty, or defect issues.

• Coordinating with contractors to arrange inspections and works, including scheduling and follow-ups.

• Preparing and processing quotes, approvals, and invoices.

• Maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates to customers.

• Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across the business.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in a customer-focused administration role(property, construction, or facilities background highly regarded).

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent phone manner.

• Good organisational ability, able to manage multiple priorities.

• Confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot knowledge a bonus but not essential).
