About the Role

As the Customer Service & Administration Officer, you will be the first point of contact for the profession and the public. This high-volume, customer-facing role is central to supporting the work of this peak-body association by managing enquiries, maintaining records, and assisting with licensing and registration processes.

You’ll work as part of a collaborative team to deliver exceptional service while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to a high volume of incoming calls and emails from members and the public.
  • Assist members with online licence renewals and applications.
  • Maintain accurate database records and manage data entry.
  • Prepare documents for members regarding Certificates of Fitness.
  • Provide general office support including mail handling, filing, scanning and photocopying.
  • Support team members and undertake additional duties as directed.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Demonstrated customer service experience, with the ability to manage a high volume of calls and emails.
  • Strong administration skills, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deal with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, internet, and database applications.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.
