Our client is a leading global brand in the pharmaceutical and medical sales sector. They are seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to join their high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal role supporting the sales function of a respected international company known for innovation, quality, and customer focus.
About the Role:
As a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations between customers, the internal sales team, and the company’s global logistics partner, DHL.
You’ll handle new customer account set-up, order processing, delivery coordination, and resolve any issues that arise — all while maintaining the highest standards of service and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer account applications in SAP
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and effective support
- Coordinate order processing and delivery with DHL, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment
- Monitor stock levels and support supply chain forecasting
- Reconcile inventory, deliveries, and sales reports
- Manage product returns, complaints, and special requests
- Maintain accurate customer and product data, including pricing and discounts
- Collaborate with internal teams and DHL on accounts receivable and delivery matters
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience in customer service, logistics, or sales coordination roles, ideally within a multinational or fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience using SAP or similar systems is highly desirable
- Background in shipping, receiving, and inventory management
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
