Customer Service Representative

5 Days Office Based

$36 per hour + Super

ASAP Start – Contract until 10th July

A professional organisation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the processing of professional licence renewals. The role involves reviewing applications, updating records, and communicating with applicants to ensure renewals are completed accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and enter data accurately into internal systems
  • Monitor licence renewal applications and resolve issues
  • Respond to enquiries via phone and email
  • Prepare standard correspondence and documents
  • Provide general administrative support

About You

  • Previous customer service and administration experience
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and database systems
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
