We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our clients' Customer Experience team. They're a leading not-for-profit/peak body operating in the professional services sector.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers across multiple communication channels - phone, email, web chat, and social media - providing friendly, accurate, and efficient support that reflects our commitment to putting the customer/member first.

About the Role
As a key member of our Customer Service team, you’ll:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries across multiple platforms.
  • Assess and triage enquiries to ensure they’re directed to the right team for resolution.
  • Provide accurate information, support, and guidance to enhance each customer’s experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and contribute to continuous process improvement.
  • Support a range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the service centre.

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
