They’re creating a brand-new Digital Communications Manager role to elevate how they engage with their members - more personalised, more timely, more strategic, and more aligned with the fast-paced policy and advocacy work happening across the organisation.

What You’ll Do
Working closely with the Executive Director, Member Engagement, you’ll take ownership of our digital communications program, including:
Lead and evolve member communications
- Deliver a refreshed, member-first communications strategy that’s personalised, timely and relevant.
- Oversee regular newsletters - including the weekly news edit and monthly CEO message - ensuring content is sharp, digestible and aligned with our authentic voice.
Create high-quality content across channels
- Write clear, compelling communications around industry news, policy developments, and advocacy updates.
- Shape digital & social strategies, and deliver content for email, website, LinkedIn and other digital touchpoints.
- Develop visual content - infographics, social content, presentations, and video & podcast content.
Strengthen our digital footprint
- Manage day-to-day website content, ensuring accuracy, UX and SEO best practice.
- Guide and enhance our social media strategy; with support from the social media coordinator to implement.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns tied to policy initiatives, events, and industry moments.
Build clarity from complexity
- Work cross-functionally to understand priorities and help ‘join the dots’ for members.
- Assess what news, insights or updates matter most - then help translate them into clear, actionable comms.
- Use analytics (with support from our data analyst) to understand what’s resonating and refine our approach.

You’ll thrive here if you’re:

- Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on delivery — you’re a doer who gets things out the door
- Digitally fluent - confident using Canva, CRM platforms (Dynamics 365), and basic design tools
- Experience in the finance sector is highly regarded
- Curious, adaptable, and ready to pivot as priorities shift
- Able to hold your own - with good judgement, a collaborative mindset, and the backbone to recommend a better way forward
