Hit the ground running in a respected professional membership organisation. This temp role is focused and hands-on, where you will own the marketing calendar and execute EDM campaigns.

The Role

Two clear priorities: keeping the marketing calendar on track and getting quality EDMs out the door on time. The broader team handles the rest — this is a focused execution role for someone who moves fast and works with minimal supervision.

What You'll Do

• Manage and maintain the marketing activity calendar across multiple campaigns
• Build, test, schedule and deploy EDMs via CRM/email platform
• Coordinate content from internal stakeholders to meet send deadlines
• Monitor basic performance metrics and report to the team
• Support scheduling and publishing of social media content across relevant platforms
• Assist with briefing and tracking marketing activities to ensure alignment with brand strategy
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain creative consistency across communications
• Contribute to reporting on campaign performance and basic ROI metrics

What You'll Need

• Proven hands-on EDM experience - Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, MailChimp or similar
• Strong organisational skills and comfort managing a busy marketing calendar
• Ability to start immediately and integrate quickly into an existing team
• Clear, confident communicator - you'll liaise across departments
• Experience in membership, NFP or professional services is a plus
