Role: Enrolments Assistant
Salary:$33 per hour + Super
Location: Remote (must be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane)



About the Role
We are partnering with a fantastic client who is looking for an Enrolments Assistant to join their team, where you’ll connect with prospective customers, manage leads, and guide enquiries through to conversion using a consultative, relationship-driven approach.



Key Responsibilities


  • Engage with prospective customers via phone, email, and messaging
  • Qualify, prioritise, and manage leads through the pipeline
  • Schedule meetings and support customers through the decision-making process
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and work closely with internal teams to optimise engagement
  • Meet and exceed performance targets while applying feedback to improve results



Skills & Experience


  • Sales experience (customer service experience also considered)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • CRM proficiency and confidence managing leads
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working remotely
  • Customer-focused with a consultative approach
