An excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised coordinator to join a respected professional membership organisation supporting a busy events and partnerships function.
This is a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll gain exposure across events, sponsorships and member engagement, supporting the delivery of high-quality experiences for a professional audience. It’s a perfect role for a recent graduate, as it provides exposure to a variety of business functions, with lots of scope for growth & progression.
About the role
As Events & Partnerships Coordinator, you’ll provide essential operational and administrative support across events and sponsorship activity.
You’ll be the first point of contact for member and event enquiries, manage registrations and event systems, and ensure the smooth delivery of administrative processes across the team.
You’ll also support sponsorship and partnership activity, helping ensure commitments are delivered and stakeholders are well supported.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing the events inbox and member enquiries (phone and email)
- Processing registrations, changes and cancellations in EventsAir
- Supporting event setup and backend administration
- Assisting with reporting, reconciliations and post-event summaries
- Supporting sponsorship and partnership deliverables
- Liaising with internal teams and occasionally external partners
- Providing occasional onsite event support
About you
You’re a highly organised and proactive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You communicate clearly and professionally in writing, and you’re comfortable working with a detail-focused, high-expectation audience.
You’ll bring:
- Strong written communication skills (essential)
- Experience in administration, coordination or customer service
- Ideally a graduate with an interest in pursuing a career in events or partnerships
- Ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy
- A resilient, professional and responsive approach
- EventsAir or CRM experience (desirable, not essential)
