About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive administrator/junior Executive Assistant to join our Executive Unit. In this role, you will provide efficient and responsive administrative, organisational, and logistical support to senior executives, in particular the Chief Operating Officer and the General Counsel & Company Secretary, in conjunction with the Senior EA.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the diaries of the COO and General Counsel, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including preparation of documents and logistics.
  • Handle correspondence and accounts on behalf of senior executives.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel for senior personnel.
  • Support special projects, initiatives, and events as required.
  • Act as the primary back-up for the Senior Executive Assistant during leave periods.

About you

  • High school diploma (Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration desirable).
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Prior administrative or office experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, positive, and willing to learn.
  • Professional, reliable, adaptable, and able to represent the organisation with integrity.
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
  • Willingness to occasionally work outside standard hours when required.
