12-month Fixed-Term Contract

About the role
You will be the trusted right hand to the Founder and CEO, supporting her through a complex, high-stakes, high-growth chapter. She travels extensively, domestically and internationally, so you will manage a complex and shifting diary across time zones and pull together detailed travel plans, including visas. You will work closely with the wider management team and play a key role in facilitating quarterly board meetings with a global Chair. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering parental leave, with a real possibility of converting to a permanent role for the right person. Given the nature of this business, you will be comfortable supporting high-level EA tasks and serving as a go-to person for the office. This is a true wearer of all hats role!
Duties
- Manage a complex, constantly shifting diary across multiple time zones.
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas and logistics.
- Facilitate and support quarterly board meetings, working closely with the US-based Chair.
- Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, managing high-profile stakeholder relationships with discretion.
- Work closely with the wider management team to keep priorities aligned and information flowing.
Requirements
- Australian Citizenship; required to obtain baseline security clearance.
- Ability to work onsite five days a week.
- A career EA with proven experience supporting C-Suite executives at CEO level.
- Exposure to global organisations, including complex international travel and time zone management.
- Experience supporting board meetings is highly regarded.
- Maturity, sound judgement and strong commercial acumen.
- A high level of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive matters.
