Graphic Designer (Part-Time)

Sydney | Hybrid | $80K + Super FTE

A prestigious Fortune 500 SaaS business (you'll likely have heard of them) is looking for a junior Graphic Designer to support across marketing, product, sales and business teams. This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their career looking to build out a broad portfolio across digital, presentations, and brand assets. As this role is a junior role students with work experience are welcome to apply.

The Role

You’ll be working closely with internal stakeholders to translate ideas into clean, engaging visual content. The work will span presentations, documentation, and marketing collateral, with exposure to both brand and UI elements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality presentations and pitch decks (PowerPoint, Adobe Express)
• Create visually engaging documents and proposals (Word, Adobe Express)
• Support brand consistency across all visual outputs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life
• Assist with UI assets, infographics, and marketing materials
• Iterate designs based on feedback and evolving requirements
• Stay current with design trends, particularly within tech

About You

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar
• 1–2 years’ experience (internships and freelance work welcomed)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong PowerPoint and Word capability
• Solid understanding of layout and digital design fundamentals
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills

The Details

• Flexible working: 3 full days or those hours spread across 4–5 days
• The role still office based with some hybrid flexibility.
• ASAP start date
• 6 month Fixed-Term Contract
