As their HR Administrator – ELMO Specialist, you will take the lead on managing and optimising their ELMO HRIS platform, while providing broad HR support across the College. • Maintain HR documentation and employee records with a high level of accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide first-level HR support to staff and leaders, answering queries regarding policies and procedures.
  • Assist with training coordination and maintenance of training records.
  • Contribute to broader HR initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement aligned with the school's values and strategic goals.

About You:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in an HR Administrator or HR Coordinator role.

  • Detail-oriented and confident in managing confidential employee data.
  • Approachable and service-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS platforms and Google Workspace.
  • Tertiary qualification in HR (or working towards one) is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in education or highly compliance-driven environments will be highly regarded.

Benefits:

  • Generous staff benefits including complimentary coffee, lunches, and access to gym facilities.
  • Internal bus transport system and on-campus medical services.
  • Salary packaging options and Employee Assistance Program.
  • Work in a values-based organisation that supports personal and professional development.
