This is a high-impact role focused on transforming data into actionable insights, improving reporting frameworks, and enabling better hiring decisions across the region.

This position goes beyond standard reporting - you’ll play a key role in shaping how talent data is interpreted, communicated, and leveraged by senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Analytics

  • Deliver meaningful TA insights to drive data-led decision making across hiring performance and efficiency
  • Build and evolve reporting frameworks, including weekly reports and executive-level presentations
  • Develop clear, compelling data visualisations to communicate impact across JAPAC

Data Visualisation & Storytelling

  • Translate complex datasets into concise, actionable narratives for leadership audiences
  • Design dashboards and presentation materials using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Create consistent reporting outputs that reinforce a strong TA performance narrative

Program Operations & Governance

  • Design and manage analytics programs end-to-end, including success metrics and stakeholder alignment
  • Partner closely with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and accuracy across systems and reporting layers

What You’ll Bring

  • 2 - 4 years’ experience in analytics, reporting, or insights roles (TA/HR analytics preferred)
  • Experience in a multinational organisation (with SaaS experience being highly desirable)
  • Strong experience working with HRIS/ATS platforms (e.g. Workday)
  • Advanced Excel skills (including complex models and Power Query)
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau (dashboard design and data modelling)
  • Proven ability to build scalable reporting and visualisation templates
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across enterprise environments
  • Ability to work autonomously and navigate ambiguity in data environments

Why Apply

  • Opportunity to work with a globally recognised SaaS leader
  • High-visibility role partnering with senior stakeholders across JAPAC
  • Exposure to complex, large-scale talent data and transformation initiatives
  • Hybrid working environment with a collaborative, fast-paced culture
