About the Roles

People & Culture Business Partner - $60ph + Super

Act as a strategic advisor, coach and enabler to senior leaders. You’ll drive HR initiatives across employee relations, workforce planning, and leadership development, while playing a key role in shaping people strategy and supporting high-impact projects.

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years’ HR generalist or business partnering experience
• Deep understanding of Australian employment law
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• A proactive, pragmatic mindset
• Tech industry experience and/or HR qualifications are highly desirable

HR Coordinator - $40ph + Super

Support the day-to-day HR operations and gain end-to-end exposure across core HR processes. This is the perfect step for someone looking to develop and grow in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll need:

• 2+ years’ experience in an HR coordinator or similar support role
• Excellent organisational and admin skills
• Experience with HR systems (HRIS/ATS)
• A team-oriented, detail-focused approach
