HR Project Officer
Bondi Junction – Hybrid – WFO & WFH
Fixed-Term Contract – 12 Months | Immediate Start
Salary: $94,870 – $109,101 + 12% Superannuation

About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you'll play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of key organisational projects from scoping through to evaluation. Working across multiple simultaneous projects, you'll provide essential coordination, administrative, and analytical support to ensure objectives are met on time and to a high standard.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with real variety - spanning project planning, stakeholder engagement, reporting, data management, and operational support across the team. Given the immediate start and pace of the team, you'll need to hit the ground running from day one - this isn't a role where extensive onboarding time is available.
Key Responsibilities
Project Support & Delivery
- P&C enterprise projects.
- Performance review cycles.
- EA award modelling and reporting.
- Payroll remediation project.
- Support the planning, scoping, implementation, and evaluation of multiple concurrent projects
- Contribute to effective and efficient project delivery across the organisation
- Manage administrative and operational support to the wider project team
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Prepare high-quality business documentation including reports, minutes, and policies
- Support compliance activities and research as required
Data & Reporting
- Leverage analytics tools including Power BI, Excel, Chris21/iChris to automate data analysis and reporting
- Conduct data cleansing across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Support efficient project tracking and performance reporting
About You
- 3–5 years of HR project management experience.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-level project and administrative support
- Able to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding — you bring the expertise from day one
- Superior written communication skills across a range of business documentation
- Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally
- Proficient in Power BI, Excel, and Chris21/iChris or similar HRIS/project management platforms
- Comfortable with data cleansing and reporting across multiple systems
