A well-established, values-led membership organisation is seeking an experienced iMIS Administrator to take ownership of its core membership and business systems environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who already knows iMIS and can step into a live environment with confidence. You’ll act as the internal go-to for day-to-day administration, support, troubleshooting, data quality, reporting and system improvement, working closely with users across the organisation and external support partners. This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys combining systems ownership with user support, process improvement and practical problem solving.



The role



You will be responsible for the ongoing administration, support and optimisation of the organisation’s iMIS environment, including:

  • Day-to-day iMIS administration, maintenance and user support
  • Troubleshooting issues, managing requests and resolving BAU system problems
  • Maintaining data quality, including imports, bulk updates and integrity checks
  • Supporting reporting, analysis and dashboarding
  • Improving system processes, documentation and user training
  • Liaising with external vendors on escalations, enhancements and technical fixes
  • Helping improve overall system usage and support practices across the business
  • Contributing to ongoing platform and process improvement initiatives



About you

  • Proven hands-on iMIS administration experience
  • Confidence managing user support, troubleshooting and system issues end-to-end
  • Strong data handling capability, including imports, updates, cleansing and quality control
  • Experience supporting reporting and business analysis
  • The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Strong communication skills and a practical, service-oriented approach
  • Confidence working with both non-technical stakeholders and external technical partners
  • Non Essential / Highly regarded
    • Power BI reporting experience
    • SQL Server or broader data/query capability
    • Experience in membership, association, union or not-for-profit environments
    • Experience improving support processes, documentation or user training
    • Exposure to website, CMS or systems integration support
