Inside Sales Representative - Fortune 500 SaaS

12 Month Fixed-Term Contract | $115k + Super + 20% Commission - OTE $138k + Super

Our client is a Fortune 500 SaaS company and global leader in digital document and content solutions, helping organisations change the way they make business decisions. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave.

The Opportunity

Partnering closely with the Document Cloud Sales Specialist and Account Executives, you'll create pipeline, progress opportunities, and drive end-to-end sales through remote selling channels - phone, email, and virtual meetings. You'll identify and qualify customer needs, build trusted relationships with decision-makers, and clearly communicate the value of the solution. Working cross-functionally with internal teams, partners, and customers, you'll deliver a seamless, professional, and customer-centric sales experience.

What You'll Do

  • Meet or exceed assigned revenue goals, working with Field Sales and the extended team to map your territory and successfully prospect and close deals
  • Follow up on leads, schedule product demos for qualified customers, and own the qualification process
  • Manage accounts by building and cultivating client relationships through personalised contact, understanding of client needs, and clear communication of solution value
  • Accurately forecast opportunities based on realistic assessments and consistently deliver against forecast
  • Support attendance at field marketing events, conferences, and regional trade shows
  • Share standard methodologies and successes with the team, working smarter rather than harder

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 2-3 years' experience selling IT software solutions (BI, data analytics, marketing automation, digital media)
  • Successful experience running the entire sales cycle end-to-end, with ownership of your own quota
  • A track record of exceeding sales quota - ideally top 10–20% within your sales team/organisation
  • Experience successfully owning and leading the sales process, even within an overlay quota structure
  • Consultative sales experience, with the ability to challenge companies and businesses to think differently
  • Success in finding and uncovering new opportunities with prospects and existing business, including cold calling and hunting for new business
  • A track record developing new business and leading sales cycles from lead generation through to close
  • Highly motivated and professional, with excellent verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A logical and analytical problem solver
  • Proven negotiation skills, strong technical proficiency, and genuine passion for technology sales
  • Strong computer skills - CRM systems, Word, Excel; Salesforce.com experience a plus
  • Outstanding organisational skills, with a proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks to deadline
  • Self-starter, comfortable working independently while contributing as part of a team
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with document productivity or digital signature solutions, and/or document-heavy industries and processes, is a plus
