With a strong focus on enterprise workflow transformation, they lead end-to-end Appian delivery programs for complex, mission-critical environments.

We are seeking a Lead Appian Technical Consultant to drive architecture, delivery standards and technical leadership across enterprise Appian implementations. This role combines hands-on solution design with team leadership and direct client engagement. You will act as the technical authority across projects, ensuring quality, scalability and successful program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Appian solutions
• Own solution architecture, integration strategy and data model design
• Produce high-level technical specifications and define development standards
• Lead code reviews, mentor development teams and drive technical uplift
• Run agile ceremonies, oversee UAT and manage production deployments

Minimum Requirements

• 6+ years’ experience delivering enterprise applications
• Extensive hands-on Appian development experience
• Strong understanding of Appian architecture, integrations and enterprise design patterns
• Proven experience leading development teams and acting as technical lead
• Experience designing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server)
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments

Highly Regarded

• Appian Level 2 Certification
• Experience operating as primary technical point of contact for clients
• Exposure to enterprise infrastructure environments (Windows/Linux)
