$80,000 + Super | Salary Packaging | Hybrid Work (Tues–Thurs in-office)
Location: Chatswood, Sydney |
Join a purpose-driven organisation at the heart of Australia's water sector, and play a key role in an energetic and supportive marketing team that’s making big moves in 2025 and beyond.
We’re seeking a creative, curious and capable Marketing Coordinator to help drive the next chapter of our marketing activity. Whether you’re early in your career or looking to take the next step, this is a brilliant opportunity for a versatile all-rounder to get stuck into meaningful work - from campaign execution and content creation to CRM and social media.
You’ll initially report into the General Manager, working across a collaborative, high-performing team that will support your onboarding every step of the way.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, write and deliver engaging email marketing campaigns
- Create content for social media, website and event communications
- Manage and update the website using HubSpot
- Coordinate and execute paid social media campaigns (particularly LinkedIn and Meta)
- Contribute to CRM reporting, campaign automation and data insights
- Support across broader marketing activities and projects as needed
- Think strategically about messaging—understanding your audience and shaping comms that resonate
What We’re Looking For:
- A generalist marketer with a hands-on attitude and a willingness to learn
- Strong written communication skills with a flair for content and messaging
- Experience with email marketing, social media (especially LinkedIn), and website content
- Familiarity with running paid social campaigns (you know your lookalikes from your retargeting)
- Tech-savvy and curious—ideally with experience using AI tools to drive efficiency, marketing automation and CRM systems like HubSpot
- A creative thinker who asks: “Who’s my audience and how do I reach them?”
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in or understand the water sector
Why Join us?
- Be part of a values-driven organisation with purpose at its core
- Shape impactful marketing in a sector that’s crucial to Australia’s future
- Enjoy flexible hybrid working (Tues–Thurs in office)
- Access salary packaging
- Birthday Leave – extra paid day of leave on / near your birthday
- Genuine rewards & recognition culture (think gift cards, staff lunches, banter-filled days)
- Office located next to metro and train station, with on-site parking options
Ready to dive in?
If you're a creative communicator with a marketing brain and a desire to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
