Salary: $80k – $88k + Super

An established, nationally recognised professional membership organisation is seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Member Engagement Coordinator to join their team.

About the Role
Reporting to the Membership & Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality engagement activities and supporting initiatives that build strong, lasting connections with members.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute member engagement strategies and initiatives
• Act as a key point of contact for member enquiries and support
• Coordinate events, webinars, and networking opportunities
• Monitor member engagement data and provide insights/recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance member value propositions
• Support retention and growth of membership base

About You

• Experience in membership, customer engagement, or stakeholder management roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Experience working in a professional services, association, or not-for-profit environment (desirable)
