Looking for a role where you can settle in, be the friendly face of a professional office, and keep things running smoothly day to day? This could be just the opportunity you've been looking for.
A prestigious international organisation based in the Sydney CBD is seeking a warm and reliable Office Assistant to join their small team on an on-going temporary basis. This is a front-of-house and office support role with a steady, manageable workload in a professional, collaborative environment.
What you'll be doing
- Welcoming visitors and managing front-of-house duties; you'll be the first point of contact for the office
- Handling incoming calls, messages, and routine correspondence with professionalism and care
- Coordinating meetings, teleconferences, and video calls in partnership with the IT team
- Assisting with travel bookings and itineraries for team members
- Providing general office support and pitching in where needed - supplies, documents, and keeping things ticking along
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident with the MS Office suite
- Warm interpersonal style with professional polish
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
- Flexible when deadlines shift - you take it in your stride
This role is an on-going temporary contract, starting ASAP so preferably we are looking for a candidate with full working rights.
