An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic admissions team as an Outbound Sales Consultant. In this role, you’ll engage with prospective students, manage lead pipelines, and guide enquiries toward enrolment using a consultative, relationship-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to prospective students and influencers via phone, email, and messaging

  • Qualify and prioritise leads based on engagement and likelihood to enrol

  • Schedule meetings and support prospects through the enrolment process

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with marketing to optimise lead engagement

  • Develop knowledge of courses to provide clear and helpful guidance

  • Apply feedback to continuously improve performance and meet targets

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in sales (customer service experience considered)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • CRM proficiency and familiarity with lead management

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Collaborative, adaptable, and able to work remotely

  • Empathetic and customer-focused
