An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic admissions team as an Outbound Sales Consultant. In this role, you’ll engage with prospective students, manage lead pipelines, and guide enquiries toward enrolment using a consultative, relationship-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities

Reach out to prospective students and influencers via phone, email, and messaging

Qualify and prioritise leads based on engagement and likelihood to enrol

Schedule meetings and support prospects through the enrolment process

Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with marketing to optimise lead engagement

Develop knowledge of courses to provide clear and helpful guidance

Apply feedback to continuously improve performance and meet targets
Skills & Experience

Experience in sales (customer service experience considered)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

CRM proficiency and familiarity with lead management

Excellent organisational and time management skills
