Performance Media Specialist (Temporary)

Are you a digital native with a passion for the music industry and a knack for high-impact social campaigns? We are looking for a dynamic Performance Media Temp to join a commercial team that is an industry leader in the entertainment space.

In this role, you will be at the heart of digital advertising, implementing and managing campaigns for some of the world’s most exciting artists. If you are an adaptable problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

The Role

Reporting to the Performance Media Managers, you will support the team in executing digital media strategies across social, video, programmatic, and search platforms.

Details

Rate: $35–$50ph + Super

Location: Sydney, Australia

3 month contract with potential for extension

Hybrid working (4 days in office)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Implementation: Build and manage biddable media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads (Search), DV360, and Snapchat.
  • Platform Focus: Maintain a primary focus on driving results via Meta & TikTok.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Create and update comprehensive reports for all digital media campaigns to track performance.
  • Optimization: Collaborate with the team to find testing opportunities and recommend optimal asset creation.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 1+ years of digital advertising experience, with Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and TikTok
  • Ad Buying: Experience working within digital ad buying (set up, optimisations and reporting) across TikTok and Meta
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Google Ads and DV360 is a major plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with social media listening and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while thinking strategically.
  • Passion: A genuine interest in digital marketing strategy and the music industry.
