Personal Assistant
Sydney CBD - Fully office based role
3-month temporary role
$40-$45 per hour + Super
Our client are a national membership body looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support their Deputy CEO and wider team as well as keeping the office running smoothly. This is a fully office-based role in Sydney, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, structure, and being the calm centre of a busy environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-level PA support to the Deputy CEO, including diary management and correspondence
- Accurate dictation and document preparation for a lawyer - Essential.
- General office administration and coordination
- Front-of-house reception duties, including meeting and greeting visitors and managing calls
About you:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong typing and dictation skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident, professional, and organised, with the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Happy to be fully office-based and be a key presence in the workplace
This role suits someone reliable, polished, and comfortable wearing multiple hats without dropping any of them.
