Program Coordinator
Full-time| Education/Professional Development team
Salary:$85,000 – 88,000 + Super
Location: Sydney CBD
Hybrid

Are you highly organised, detail-driven and confident coordinating complex administrative processes, events and stakeholder communication? We’re seeking a Coordinator to support the delivery of a respected Accreditation program that recognises practitioners with advanced expertise across key areas of law. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping candidate management, committee operations, assessments and program communications running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Advisory committees

  • Provide administration and coordination support for advisory committee activities.
  • Schedule and attend monthly committee meetings (online and in-person).
  • Prepare agendas, papers and minutes for monthly committee meetings.

Candidate & assessment administration

  • Enter applications and results into the accreditation database and process payments.
  • Upload exams and assessments to candidate/assessor portals and coordinate assessment weekends (July/August).
  • Prepare candidate correspondence, certificates and assessment result summaries.
  • Coordinate reassessments, appeals and reimbursements; handle special consideration requests, escalating where required.
  • Assist with candidate information sessions and mock exam coordination.

General program support

  • Monitor the program inbox, acknowledging, allocating and responding to queries.
  • Produce accurate reports in Excel/PDF and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Assist with Professional Development events and contribute to continuous process improvement.

About you:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with financial administration - invoicing, reimbursements & payment processing.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational/time management skills.
  • Experience supporting committees with the ability & willingness to take minutes and follow-up on actions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience liaising with internal and external senior stakeholders
  • Experience supporting professional or business services, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Experience within education, peak-body or professional services environments.
  • Familiarity with databases and reporting functions.
  • Experience coordinating events or hybrid/online meetings.
