About the Role
We are partnering with a client to recruit an experienced Program Coordinator / Scheduler
to join their team on a 12-month contract. The role will support the delivery of a major program implementing new case management capabilities. Reporting to the Program Director, you will provide both coordination and scheduling support to ensure key milestones are met and program objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities

Provide program and project coordination and/or scheduling support in a complex environment.

Develop, maintain, and consolidate program schedules, including resource allocation, critical path analysis, and milestone tracking.

Manage program documentation and registers (risks, issues, decisions, dependencies) and support governance meetings.

Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and track actions.

Identify schedule risks and support mitigation planning.

Present program and schedule information to stakeholders at all levels clearly and professionally.

Support multiple priorities and ensure program activities remain on track.
Essential Criteria
-
Experience providing program coordination and/or scheduling support in complex programs.

Ability to develop and maintain integrated program schedules using Microsoft Project (or equivalent).

Experience managing program documentation, registers, and governance processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).

Strong communication skills and ability to present information to a range of stakeholders.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Desirable Criteria
-
Understanding of Agile release planning and mapping to broader program schedules.

Familiarity with program and project management frameworks and artefacts.
