tudio Manager (Temporary) – Architecture Studio

3–4 Week minimum Assignment | Front of House, Office Support & Hospitality Duties

We’re on the lookout for a confident, polished and proactive professional to support a leading Architecture practice on a short-term basis. This is a front-facing role where your warm, professional manner will help create a memorable first impression for guests and clients.

The Opportunity:

This temporary role will see you at the heart of a dynamic studio environment, working closely with a passionate and creative team. Over 3–4 weeks, you’ll be responsible for keeping the studio running smoothly while ensuring every guest is welcomed with genuine hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting clients and visitors with a friendly, professional approach
• Answering phones and managing front-of-house reception duties
• Preparing coffee and beverages (barista experience highly regarded)
• Setting up and maintaining meeting rooms before and after use
• Assisting with general office management and daily studio coordination

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a front-of-house, office, or studio support role
• A warm and polished communication style with a high attention to detail
• Barista experience or confidence preparing coffee for guests
• A can-do attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
