Recruitment Coordinator – Education Sector
Location: North Shore
Role: Full-time | Permanent
Salary:$90-95k + super

We’re currently partnering with a highly respected education provider in Sydney to recruit a capable and confident Recruitment Coordinator. This role sits within a dynamic People & Culture team and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and enjoys taking ownership of their work.

We’re specifically looking for a candidate who has worked in large, complex organisations – ideally in more corporate-style environments – and brings a strong foundation of internal recruitment experience (at least 3 years in each previous role). If you’re mature, solutions-focused and confident working independently, this could be a great next step.

About the Role

You’ll lead the recruitment process across academic and professional services teams, working closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality outcomes. The role is hands-on, fast-paced and requires someone who can balance multiple vacancies and business priorities with professionalism and care.

While the team is collaborative and supportive, this position will suit someone who brings initiative, a proactive mindset, and the confidence to work independently day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a broad range of positions

  • Build talent pipelines and tailor sourcing strategies to meet hiring needs

  • Partner with hiring managers to advise on process, time lines and candidate fit

  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment cycle including screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding

  • Provide administrative support around contracts, compliance, and systems

  • Contribute to recruitment reporting, process improvements, and broader People & Culture projects

About You

  • Minimum 3 years' recruitment experience (internal or agency), with long tenure in each role

  • Experience working within large, complex or corporate organisations

  • Professional maturity and a positive, can-do attitude

  • Able to operate independently with strong judgement and initiative

  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable navigating recruitment systems and HR processes

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key role within a purpose-driven education provider, where you’ll have genuine autonomy, support and the chance to make an impact through quality hiring.
