About the Role
This is a hands-on, process-driven administration role at the heart of a Membership Growth/Sales team. You’ll ensure the smooth running of backend operations - managing CRM data, processing applications, and supporting the member onboarding journey - so the Member Growth team can focus on acquisition and engagement.
Working closely with a collaborative national team, you’ll contribute to maintaining high-quality data, improving processes, and supporting operational changes including CRM and system enhancements.
This role will start as a 6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility to extend for the right person, therefore applicants must have permanent or ongoing working rights, ideal for someone looking to deepen their experience in administration, data, and membership operations within a professional association or NFP environment.

Key Responsibilities
Membership Administration & Operations
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and integrity
- Process membership applications end-to-end, including verification and approvals
- Manage member onboarding workflows and pending application lists
- Allocate inbound enquiries to the appropriate team members
Reporting & Pipeline Support
- Generate reports to support recruitment and retention targets
- Monitor pipeline hygiene and provide updates for forecasting
- Support data-driven decision-making across the Membership team
Team & Stakeholder Support
- Provide administrative support to the Membership Business Unit
- Assist with member engagement activities (events, attendance tracking, follow-ups)
- Support internal stakeholders across sales, engagement, and partnerships

About You
You’re someone who enjoys making things run smoothly behind the scenes and takes pride in accuracy, organisation, and continuous improvement.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has permanent working rights (or ongoing working rights beyond 6m)
- Has experience in administration, membership, or data-focused roles
- Ideally comes from an association, membership organisation, or NFP environment
- Is highly detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills
- Is confident working with systems/CRMs (experience with iMIS is a bonus)
- Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Has strong interpersonal skills and enjoys working across teams
