Sales & Service Administrator
Global Technology Distributor
Full-time permanent role
Sydney- Rosebery- parking on site- hybrid
$80k+super +bonus (flexible)

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, global technology company operating in the IT, Broadcast, and Events space. They are a world-leading business in high-end, large-scale events. Their technology is trusted on the world's biggest stages across broadcast, live events, pro-audio, and sports, yet despite their global reach, they've retained a local, family feel to their operations in Sydney. This is a newly combined Sales & Service Administrator role, sitting at the heart of the ANZ Sales and Customer Success function. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be the key point of contact for Australian and New Zealand customers and internal suppliers, processing sales orders and RMAs while helping keep the CRM and ERP systems running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Replying to vendor and customer requests promptly
  • Processing purchase orders from customers
  • Processing RMA and spare parts orders
  • Generating and processing upstream orders with global HQ and third-party suppliers
  • Maintaining familiarity with the product portfolio, inventory SKUs, and services
  • Ensuring high data quality within the ERP system (MYOB)
  • Assisting with other operational functions as needed

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in an administrative or sales-supporting role within IT, Broadcast, Events, or Technology, or experience working for a distributor of hardware products is highly regarded
  • Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred
  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems, such as MYOB
  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine customer service focus
  • High attention to detail and diligence
  • A friendly, confident, and engaging personality
