Join a global SaaS leader that empowers millions of businesses to grow through innovative marketing technology. Our client's platform combines automation, multichannel campaigns, CRM, and analytics to help brands build stronger connections with their audiences.
They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify and qualify potential customers, serving as the first point of contact in the sales process. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to set our Account Executives up for success.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential customers via calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and route them appropriately
- Schedule meetings between prospects and Account Executives
- Stay informed on new products, services, and pricing plans
- Use Salesforce and engagement tools to manage outreach
Requirements:
- Experience with sales techniques (including cold calling)
- Proven track record of meeting quotas
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong understanding of KPIs
- Excellent communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
