About the client
Our client is a leading Queensland based university with a strong focus on delivering exceptional digital experiences for students, staff and the wider community. Their Digital Solutions group operates as a value driven strategic IT partner, working within a contemporary operating model to modernise technology and build a digital future for the institution. The organisation is investing heavily in enterprise CRM capability as part of a broader transformation agenda. It is a mission driven environment where technology decisions carry real weight across the student and stakeholder lifecycle.
About the role
As Salesforce Product Manager, you will own the enterprise CRM strategy, investment portfolio and value realisation outcomes for the university. You will act as the authoritative voice on customer and engagement platforms, setting a cohesive vision that spans student lifecycle, advancement, marketing and stakeholder engagement. Operating at a senior enterprise level, you will advise executive governance bodies directly and lead the shift towards a product led operating model. This is a role for someone who wants genuine influence over strategy, not just delivery.
Duties
- Define and lead the enterprise CRM strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Own the CRM investment portfolio, including prioritisation, trade offs and benefits realisation across multiple business domains.
- Act as the lead advisor on CRM strategy to executive leadership and governance forums.
- Drive Salesforce positioning as a core enterprise platform, fully integrated across ERP, data and digital ecosystems.
- Build organisational capability by establishing product management maturity, frameworks and talent development pathways.
Requirements
- Qualifications in Information Technology, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Deep, authoritative expertise across Salesforce multi cloud environments including Sales, Service, Marketing and Experience.
- Experience with enterprise integration, data architecture, security and governance models.
- Proven ability to operate at a senior strategic level, comparable to SFIA Level 7, influencing organisational direction.
- Demonstrated success establishing product led delivery and governance models at scale, with strong commercial acumen and accountability for enterprise outcomes.

If this sounds like the kind of enterprise CRM leadership challenge you have been waiting for, we would love to hear from you.
