Senior Consultant iMIS

Melbourne, Hybrid | Open to Sydney, Adelaide or Brisbane

Permanent Full Time $115,000 to $130,000 package, depending on experience

A specialist technology consultancy working exclusively with membership organisations, associations and unions is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to join their growing Australian team. With a client base of 150+ organisations across Australia and globally, and partnerships with leading platforms including iMIS, Salesforce and Fonteva, this is a business that helps membership organisations reduce digital transformation risk, align technology with strategy and make their systems work in practice.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced NFP or associations professional to bring their sector knowledge into a consultative role and make a genuine difference to the organisations they care about.

About the Role

This is not a technical role. It is a relationship-led, consultative position for someone who deeply understands how membership organisations and associations operate and can translate that knowledge into practical technology solutions.

As Senior Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, lead CRM implementation and migration projects, and provide ongoing support to help them get more out of the systems they already have. You will be the bridge between the client's goals and the technology that enables them, communicating with confidence at a senior level and guiding organisations through meaningful digital change.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead solution design and implementation for membership CRM projects, primarily cloud-based migrations
• Work closely with client teams to understand and translate their business requirements into practical solutions
• Guide clients through digital transformation at a senior level, helping them understand the opportunity and embrace the change
• Provide ongoing troubleshooting, system support and enhancement recommendations
• Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients across the associations and NFP sector
• Help clients get more value from the software they already have, rather than starting from scratch

About You

• Previous experience working within an association, member-based organisation or NFP is essential
• Comfortable working with CRM platforms such as iMIS, Dynamics, Salesforce, Hubspot or similar. Specific iMIS experience is not required but familiarity with member-based CRM systems is important
• A natural communicator who can engage and influence at a senior level
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear solutions
• Self-driven, proactive and comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy
• An understanding of digital transformation, what it means in practice and how to bring people along on the journey
