Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (.NET)

We’re scaling quickly and looking for a Senior Engineer who wants to build product the right way: with quality, pace, and strong engineering principles. You’ll work across modern .NET, React, microservices and event-driven systems to deliver elegant, reliable and scalable software.

This is a hands-on role with influence. You’ll help shape engineering practices, guide design decisions, and mentor other engineers while making an immediate impact on the product.

What You’ll Do

Ship daily
You’ll work in a real SaaS environment with continuous delivery, tight feedback loops and a culture of constant improvement.

Design and build modern systems
You’ll use .NET, React, event-driven microservices, SQL and REST APIs to deliver clean, well-structured solutions.

Own meaningful product slices
You’ll lead epics, break down complex work, make smart engineering decisions, and contribute to process and pattern improvements.

Guide and mentor
You’ll help lift engineering standards through pairing, code reviews and mentoring junior and mid-level developers.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong experience delivering production systems in .NET (C#)

• Solid capability with React on the front-end

• Understanding of microservices, events and distributed systems

• Experience designing clean REST APIs and service boundaries

• Confidence working with relational databases

• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)

• A passion for clean architecture, patterns, testing and quality

• A mentoring mindset and strong communication skills

• Ability to balance engineering excellence with delivery speed
