ServiceNow Product Manager
Join a leading Queensland university with a strong digital transformation agenda. Its Digital Solutions team is repositioning core enterprise platforms to support consistent, scalable service delivery across the institution. The university is investing in modern operating models and ways of working to build a digital future across its campuses. This is a well-resourced environment where enterprise platform leadership carries genuine influence.
About the Role
As ServiceNow Product Manager, you'll define and deliver the university's enterprise service management strategy from the ground up. You'll own the platform investment portfolio and lead institution-wide service transformation across IT, HR, Finance and broader operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Digital Officer, you'll act as the lead advisor on service strategy and operating model design to executive leadership and governance bodies. This is a senior, enterprise-level mandate for someone ready to shape how a major institution delivers services digitally.
Duties
- Define and lead the enterprise ServiceNow strategy and roadmap, aligned to university priorities.
- Own the enterprise service platform investment portfolio, including prioritisation and value realisation.
- Lead institution-wide service transformation, driving adoption of digital workflows, automation and standardised service models.
- Advise executive leadership and governance bodies on service strategy and operating model design.
- Establish and govern enterprise service management frameworks covering prioritisation, demand management and service performance.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform and its modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and CSM.
- Strong background in enterprise service management frameworks and workflow automation.
- Proven experience defining and delivering service management strategy at institution-wide scale.
- Demonstrated experience influencing executive leadership and governance bodies.
- Qualifications in Information Technology, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
If this sounds like your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
