Social Media Moderator - Vietnamese-speaking – 10-week Contract

Start: Early September | Duration: 10 weeks | Location: Remote | Languages: Vietnamese & English

We're currently working with a fabulous client who are looking for a Social Media Moderator to support a 10-week social media campaign running from early September to early November.

This is a part-time, fully remote contract, ideal for someone with experience in community moderation, content localisation, and a good understanding of platforms like Instagram.

About the Role:

• Community moderation: Monitoring and responding to comments and messages in Vietnamese across social media channels

• Translation and copywriting: Assisting with short-form content creation and localisation

• Publishing support: Supporting Instagram posts and content scheduling as needed

Hours & Commitment:

• 1 hour of support per day, every weekday, weekend day, and public holiday during the campaign period

• An additional 1–2 hours per week for publishing support or oversight

Requirements:

• Fluent Vietnamese speaker(written and spoken)

• Prior experience in community management, moderation, or social media

• Confident using Instagram and other social platforms

• Reliable, proactive, and able to manage a consistent daily schedule remotely
