You’ll join a lean product team building a platform from scratch.

This is a chance to work on a genuine greenfield product in a smaller business where engineers stay close to the code, the product and the decisions that shape it.

You do not need direct Elixir or Phoenix experience. You do need to enjoy coding, learning and being part of a team that values growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Build product features in a greenfield environment
• Contribute to a modern platform used to manage workflows, services and operational processes
• Work closely with senior engineers in a hands-on product team
• Help deliver new capability across core modules and platform functionality
• Stay close to engineering, product and delivery decisions

• Commercial exposure to functional programming or the functional paradigm( Elixir, Erlang, F#, Scala, Clojure, Haskell, OCaml, Gleam)
• Strong TypeScript skills
• Commercial AWS experience
• Experience in a small, lean product business
• A developer who is curious, self-invested and genuinely enjoys technology
• Someone who wants to code and keep improving
• Full working rights in Australia
