Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Sydney CBD based
$40 per hour + Super
6-month contract | ASAP start

We are currently partnering with a well-established organisation seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support their recruitment team during a busy period. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who is looking to gain further experience within recruitment and HR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team across the recruitment lifecycle
  • Assist with job advertising, candidate screening, and interview coordination
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts and onboarding documentation
  • Manage candidate records, files, and recruitment systems
  • Support pre-employment checks and onboarding processes for new starters
  • Respond to candidate enquiries and assist with recruitment inbox management
  • Assist with recruitment reporting and general team administration

Ideal Candidate

  • 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a similar coordination role
  • Experience managing high volume roles at one time
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using recruitment or HR systems is highly regarded
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

This role is an immediate start and it is open to WHV holders but sponsorship opportunities are highly unlikely.
