Note: These roles are contract-based for simplicity, but the reality is long-term. You'll be delivering across a multi-year program with 5-year horizons – treat it like perm if you want to.

You’ll influence across:

• Application Design & Development
• Technical & Delivery Leadership & Governance
• Integration & Middleware Oversight
• Platform Stewardship & Lifecycle Management
• Delivery & Vendor Coordination
• Problem Solving, Troubleshooting & Support Escalation

You won’t be siloed – the team works across a mix of large-scale custom-built platforms and off-the-shelf (OTB) enterprise applications.
Sometimes you’ll lead teams. Other times, you’ll jump into the codebase yourself. This role flexes to meet the delivery need.

🖥 Core Application & Platform Stack
• .NET Framework & .NET Core – enterprise application layer
• C# – primary backend programming language
• MS SQL Server – core database platform
• IIS – legacy hosting platform, still in active use
• BizTalk – integration & messaging middleware
• Dynamics 365 (incl. CE) – core CRM and workflow platform
• SharePoint – enterprise content & document management
• Adobe Experience Manager – used for select public-facing platforms (would be a bonus if you've touched it, but our priority is Microsoft experience)

☁️ Cloud & Modern Tooling
• Azure App Services – scalable .NET hosting
• Azure Functions – automation & glue logic
• Azure Logic Apps – low-code integration tooling
• Azure DevOps – CI/CD pipeline & code repo management
• ReactJS – used in newer front-end rebuilds

We’re not expecting you to have hands-on experience across the entire stack – but we are looking for professionals who’ve delivered in both .NET environments and Microsoft Business Applications(Dynamics, SharePoint, etc.). People who know when to code and when to go out-of-the-box.

Our stakeholders operate in heavily regulated environments. Our funding model means we deliver in Waterfall, over 5-year delivery cycles. You’ll need to be comfortable with rigour, structure, and methodical delivery.

📍 Location: Sydney CBD (Hybrid)
🗓 Working Model: Wednesday anchor day in the office. Other days flexible.
📄 Contract: 12-month rolling
💰 Rate: Up to $850 p.d.
