Administration and Customer Service

$50,000 – $55,000 + Super

We are looking for an articulate and down to earth candidate who thrives working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing the very best in customer service and have a very high attention to detail.

The role will involve dealing with membership renewals, be the first point of contact for enquiries as well as ensuring all information in logged on the system correctly.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Answer enquiries from staff and the customers around the products on offer
  • Assist with the processing of renewals, including credit card authorisations, refunds and assisting online lodgement and logging in.
  • Assist with the processing of Membership applications.
  • Assisting with the maintenance of database records
  • General office duties including opening and sorting mail, sending out mail-outs, filing, scanning and photocopying.
  • Provide additional support to the team where needed

Skills:

  • Must have experience within customer service from a corporate environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a high-pressured environment
  • Friendly and professional communication style
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Proficient on all MS office packages
