Temp to Perm Claims Administrator
Sydney CBD Location – Fully office based.
3-6 Month Temp initially
Full Time hours.
Up to $55,00 + Super on a Permanent basis.
Our expanding client in the insurance sector is looking for a new member to join its claims team! The opportunity will be heavily admin based and requires someone who has fantastic attention to detail.
This position will be temporary for 3 – 6 months but is likely to become permanent for the right candidate. The initial temporary period will be admin and filing focused, and over time the role is likely to evolve to assist with claims management and working with the team’s case managers to process claims.
Due to the nature of the work, the position will be fully office based in Sydney’s CBD. Working from home is NOT an option for this position so suitable candidates must be interested in travelling into the city on a full-time basis for work. Please be assured however that my client has taken all the Covid19 precautions and has a safety procedure in place for those working in the office.
- Admin and filing of claims documents
- Printing, scanning, and uploading documents to client files
- Entering payments onto the system
- Responding to member and third-party queries
- Entering codes onto the claims management system
Key Skills/Experience required:
- Previous Administration and customer services experience from a corporate environment
- Previous experience in Insurance is desired but not essential
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive, outgoing personality with strong initiative
- Candidates must be immediately available to start within the next week!
