Events & Membership Coordinator

6 Month FTC – Up to $80K Package

This exciting, interesting and fast paced Events role will present such a lot of opportunity for your career. This is a 6month Fixed Term Contract located in the heart of the Sydney CBD.

This organisation will expose you to some of Australia’s major public and private companies and high net worth individuals of great social and economic influence.

The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail with strong organisational skills, and easily build rapport with all types of personalities.

About the role:

  • Conceptualise, organise and execute all aspects of the event, including attendance on the day.
  • Event administration including, invitations, RSVP’s and event reminders.
  • Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders including supplies, venue, caterers etc.
  • Managing high profile speakers ensuring high level of customer service.
  • Draft sponsorship proposals and event documentation as required.
  • Maintain and manage the CRM for attendees and members.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required.

About you:

  • 2+ years’ experience in event coordination, proven track record in events is essential.
  • You are resilient who loves going above and beyond for all stakeholders.
  • Meticulous organisational and time management skills.
  • You are adaptable to changing priorities, a team player but can work autonomously when needed.
