A NSW State Government Department is looking for an HR Advisor to come on board for a 3 month contract to support the Performance & Productivity team

The ideal candidate will have a background as an HR Administrator or Project Administrator, preferably with experience in HCM

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design key success metrics
  • Develop monitoring plans
  • Tracking performance against Human Resource’s strategic objectives
  • Bench-marking against other public and private sector organisations
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and partners with Shared Services to manage the provision of HCM technologies, methodologies and tools
